When will I get my free academic transcripts?

If you have graduated since 1 January 1998, you will automatically receive two copies of your academic transcript at no charge. One transcript will be sent to you once you have completed the requirements of your program and it has been recorded on the University system. This transcript will state that you have completed your program and is therefore known as your completion transcript.

The second transcript will be posted to you after your graduation ceremony. This transcript will include your conferral date and be updated with any prizes and awards that you may have received since your program completion. This document is known as your conferral transcript. Students studying outside of Australia with a UniSA partner institution will have all transcripts issued by the partner institution.

All transcripts that are to be posted will go to your mailing address as it appears in myUniSA. Therefore, please ensure that your address is up-to-date.  Also note that if you do not receive your academic transcript because your address details are incorrect, there is a fee payable in order to have a replacement transcript issued.

Additional transcripts may be obtained for a charge of $25.00 for the first copy ordered, and $5.00 for additional copies ordered at the same time. The Application for Academic Transcript and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS), located under student forms, will need to be sent to Campus Central for processing payment.

More information on transcripts can be found on the Academic Transcript website.
