If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the ceremony, please log back into myGraduation to update your preferences. If you no longer have access to the site, email graduations@unisa.edu.au. Any gown hire charges already paid will be refunded.
You will be able to collect your parchment from Level 1, 101 Currie Street approximately 3 weeks after the ceremonies have concluded. You may either collect the parchment in person or authorise someone to collect it for you. When collecting your parchment please bring photo identification with you. If someone is collecting your parchment for you, please provide them with your written authority and ensure that they have their own photo identification with them.
Alternatively, fill out the parchment postage form, located under Student Forms, to have it mailed out to you. The two conferral copies of your transcript will be automatically mailed out as well.
