The Annual Financial Statements represent the audited general purpose financial statements which have been prepared on an accrual basis in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards (AAS), AASB Interpretations, requirements of the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission Act 2012 and other State / Australian Government legislative requirements. The financial statements also comply with relevant provisions of the South Australian Treasurer's Instructions issued pursuant to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1987 and the Accounting Policy Statements issued pursuant to the Treasurer's Instructions.
