Performance-based Remuneration

The University provides the opportunity for managers to provide key staff with a one off performance payments linked to a documented performance-based remuneration arrangement, of agreed performance targets. Payments are non-recurrent and based on achievements of the performance targets within specific timeframes. The outcomes and measures must be established and agreed prior to commencement and reviewed regularly. All applications for performance pay must be approved by the Executive Director: People, Talent and Culture through submission of a business case.
