This division includes R&D directed towards improved understanding of culture.
It includes:
- arts and leisure activities;
- religion and ethics;
- history and heritage; and
- social and cultural aspects of communication.
This division has six groups:
Group 9501 Arts and Leisure
This group covers R&D directed towards the arts and leisure and cultural activities.
It includes:
- sport and physical endeavour;
- visual and performing arts;
- operation of race tracks, sport grounds and facilities and the provision of services to sport (including sporting clubs); and
- operation of parks, botanical and zoological gardens.
This group has six objectives:
