UCB Telephone Queue addition/removal of queue to already active UCB account

NOTE: If the staff member is currently unable to login in and to receive telephone calls through UCB/TouchPoint please complete UCB Telephone Queue Account Creation form instead of below.

Important:

The use of all Information Technology (IT) facilities at the University of South Australia, including the UniSA wired and wireless networks, is subject to the University's Acceptable use of Information Technology (IT) facilities policy

NOTE: If the account is only part of the UCB queue being removed the entire account will be removed to free up licenses.
