Staff member leaving/left UniSA

NOTE: Schools/Departments need to ensure the staff members End Date has been added or updated in the HR system to ensure the deregistration process can take place when requested.

The following are things for UniSA Staff members to be aware of and consider before their employment with UniSA ends. Some of these are handled within the School/Department. The ones handled by IT are spread across different IT areas and therefore require separate requests, unfortunately all in one email is no longer appropriate:

NOTE: The staff lifecycle is automated and there is no way for the IT Help Desk to prevent it from happening or reversing it once it has occurred. Your only options are to either get a new contract or extend a current contract within HR.
