Personal Portal for email access

Mimecast Personal Portal has an area which allows staff to access their mailbox and compose new emails. This option only allows individuals to check their mailboxes, it does not allow the access of shared mailboxes.

  1. Click the above button
  2. Enter your UniSA email address
  3. Click Next
  4. Enter your UniSA Username and Password on the Federation page
  5. Click Sign in
  6. Click Mimecast Personal Portal option
  7. Click Inbox (envelop icon top left corner)

  1. Click Inbox (envelop icon top left corner)
  2. Click Compose
  3. Enter desired address(es) in To: field
  4. Enter appropriate Subject:
  5. Enter body of text
  6. Include Attachment(s)
  7. Click Send
