Opening another person's mailbox after granted access

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Select File
    select file
  3. Under Account Information select Account Settings
  4. Click Account Settings...
    Account setting
  5. Double click your main account - most times you will only have one account listed
    NOTE: UniSA staff email will default to UniSA Exchange

  6. In the pop-up, down the bottom right corner, click More Settings...

  7. Select the Advanced tab
    Advanced Add
  8. Click Add  
  9. Type the name or email address of the mailbox
  10. Click OK
  11. You will now see the mailbox listed under the Open these additional mailboxes: box
    Click OK
  12. Click Next and then Finish to close the Change Account pop-up
  13. Click Close to close the Email Accounts pop-up and to return to Outlook

The additional mailbox will now be listed at the bottom of the folder view, on the left hand side of your Outlook.
