How do I block a sender's message or domain?

When you select a message in Microsoft Outlook you have the option to Block a sender's address or domain. This adds the sender's address or domain to your personal blocked senders list. This can be achieved 1 of 3 ways:

  1. Right mouse click on the email you wish to block, select Block Sender and then select either:
    • A) Sender's Address; or
    • B) Sender's Domain
      Right Mouse click Block Sender
  2. Select the desired email, under the Mimecast Ribbon click on Block Sender dropdown menu and then select either:

    • A) Sender's Address; or
    • B) Sender's Domain
      Block Sender
  3. Double click to open the desired email, under the Mimecast Ribbon select either:
    • A) Sender's Address; or
    • B) Sender's Domain
      Block Sender
