Adding a Permitted Sender

To add a sender's address or domain to your permitted senders list:

  1. Go into the Managed Senders section of the Mimecast Ribbon
    NOTE:
    Instructions on how to install can be found here.
  2. Click Permitted in the left hand pane
  3. Click Add Permitted

  4. Type the address(es) or domain(s) into the text box
    NOTE: You can enter multiple addresses/domains by separating them with a space e.g. user1@domain.com user2@domain.com or domain.co.uk domain.co.za
  5. Click Add

  6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for additional addresses/domains
  7. Click Permit
