Accessing Voicemail options through Outlook and Outlook Web App (OWA)

Outlook:

This option is only available in a staff members personal mailbox, for a non shared extension. The button itself however redirects staff to the OWA options, as they are no longer available directly through Outlook.

NOTE: This is not available in either a Shared Mailbox or a PhD students mailbox.
