Systems up or down

 

I can no longer play voice messages on my phone!

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File in top left corner
    select file
  3. Click on Manage Voice Mail down the bottom of Account Information
    NOTE: You will be redirected to Outlook Web App (OWA) to manage voicemail

    NOTE: If this option is not available to you see the voicemail access page.
  4. Login to Outlook Web App as follows:
    User Name:   <your UniSA user name>
    Password:   <your  UniSA password>
  5. Click Sign In or press Enter
  6. Scroll down and ensure your five digit extension in listed in play on phone box

    • A) If empty, enter your five digit extension and click Save
    • B) If your extension is listed, call the IT Help Desk on x25000.
  7. Close OWA browser session
