Voicemail Out of Office

1. Login to Outlook Web App
2. Scroll down and select Greeting that lets callers know you'll be away for an extended period of time under greetings
3. Click Call me to play or record the selected greeting...
4. Check extension listed and click dial
5. Answer phone and follow automated prompts to record message
6. Hang up phone and click Save on Phone Options
