How do I enable Out of Office on my phone?

1. Open Outlook
2. Click File in top left corner
   
3. Click on Manage Voice Mail down the bottom of Account Information
   NOTE: You will be redirected to Outlook Web App (OWA) to manage voicemail
   
   NOTE: If this option is not available to you see the voicemail access page.
4. Login to Outlook Web App as follows:
   • User Name:   <your UniSA user name>
   • Password:   <your  UniSA password>
5. Click Sign In or press Enter
6. Scroll down and tick Scroll down and tick Greeting that lets callers know you'll be away for an extended period of time under greetings
7. Click Save
   
   NOTE: If someone calls your extension they will hear the default recording of '<your name> is currently away. If you would like to leave a message please wait for the tone'. This will remain until you go into the phone settings again and change it back to Default voice mail greeting and Save.
8. Close OWA browser session
