Voicemail PIN for users still on NEC PBX

NOTE: If your extension has already been transferred over to Webex, please make your way to the Webex Voicemail section of AskIT.

  1. Login to Outlook Web App
  2. Select Reset PIN on left hand navigation
  3. Click Reset my voice mail PIN
  4. Click Yes on the Are you sure you want to reset your PIN? pop-up
  5. The system will then send you an email with a temporary PIN number

NOTE: When you first enter your temporary PIN the recording will confirm this is only temporary and walk you through changing it.
