How do I reset my voicemail PIN?

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File in top left corner
    select file
  3. Click on Manage Voice Mail down the bottom of Account Information
    NOTE:
    You will be redirected to Outlook Web App (OWA)to manage voicemail

    NOTE: If this option is not available to you see the voicemail access page.
  4. Login to Outlook Web App as follows:
    • User Name:   <your UniSA user name> 
    • Password:   <your  UniSA password>
  5. Click Sign In or press Enter
  6. Select Reset PIN on left hand navigation
  7. Click Reset my voice mail PIN

  8. Click Yes on the Are you sure you want to reset your PIN? confirmation pop-up

  9. The system will then send you an email with a temporary PIN number

NOTE: When you first enter your temporary PIN the recording will confirm this is only temporary and walk you through changing it.
