Teaching Infrastructure Master Plan - All Campuses

The Teaching Infrastructure Master Plan provided a guide to redesign of UniSA’s teaching and learning spaces to enable more collaborative learning modes, encouraging interactions between students and staff.

Pilots projects were identified for each campus to enable development and testing of the model for Flexible Tutorial Room and the next generation of Video Production Facilities.
A Flexible Tutorial Room was commissioned on each campus with computer based video conferencing in each room with connectivity within and between campuses.

The following rooms were commissioned as part of the pilot:

  • City West (BH2-12)
  • City East (C6-26)
  • Mawson Lakes (P1-10)
  • Magill (H2-08)

Future stages of the master plan will include the expansion of the Flexible Tutorial Room provision, creation of student learning spaces in high-use student areas and upgrading of selected lecture theatres. Additional video conferencing connections will also be provided, including the links between the collaborative teaching spaces.
