Touchtone Interface for NEC telephones

What is Touchtone Interface?

Allows people to press the numeric value for menu options in voicemail instead of using specific voice commands.

How do I enable the Touchtone Interface as a once-off?

  1. Dial 26700
  2. Enter your PIN
    NOTE:     If you are unsure of what your PIN is you can reset it through Outlook/OWA.
  3. Press any key
  4. Press 0

NOTE: This will only remain active for the remainder of your voicemail session.

Permanently enable or disable the Touchtone Interface

  1. Dial 26700
  2. Enter your PIN
    NOTE:     If you are unsure of what your PIN is you can reset it through Outlook/OWA.
  3. Say "Personal Options" or press 4
  4. Press 0
