NEC VoIP phones allow staff to physically take their phones with them to a new location without losing their extension number – no matter whether they are remaining on the same campus or a completely different one. The following will assist staff through requirements depending on the scenario:
City West PBX = City West, City East, 101 Currie Street, Light Square or Mt Gambier
Mawson Lakes PBX = Mawson Lakes, Magill or Whyalla

Staff will require assistance from the IT Help Desk in order to retain their extension number after they move.
