Creating a Staff Portal my Links

The below can be used on UniSA and non UniSA URLs. This will save you time and effortin having to remember difficult URLs.

  1. Log into Staff Portal on the left hand side
    login to Staff Portal
  2. Click Add/Edit to right of my Links on the left hand side
    add edit my Links
  3. Enter desired URL
    NOTE: Its recommended that instead of manually typing the URL open the desired site in a new browser session and then copy and paste the URL.
  4. Click Click to test your link to ensure the URL is correct
    NOTE: The web browser will open a new tab to test the URL, close this tab to complete saving the link in the Staff Portal.
  5. Enter Description
  6. Leave Window Location on default of New
  7. Click ADD LINK
  8. Click Close

  9. Click Yes when pop up appears asking you to confirm you wish to close the tab

Newly created link can now be accessed from the my Links ont the home page of the Staff Portal.
