Enhanced Library and IT Support for Students Studying from China

UniSA is committed to supporting students in China impacted by the travel restrictions. During this period Library and IT Help Desk will be providing enhanced support including Bi-lingual (English and Chinese) phone and chat support.

IT Help Desk and Library enhanced China support is available from:

Weekdays (Monday - Friday)

  • 9:00am through 9:00pm China Standard Time (CST, GMT +8)

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

  • 11:30am through 3:30pm weekends China Standard Time (CST, GMT +8)

Outside of these times standard operating hours can be found on the  IT Help Desk and Ask the Library contact pages.

It is strongly recommended you use the UniSA provided VPN to improve performance and reliability of connections to UniSA educational resources while you are located in China.
