How to access Student Apps on a mobile device?

Citrix Receiver is a lightweight client which must be installed on your PC or device to allow access and interaction to the UniSA Student Applications environment. The Citrix Receiver client only needs to be installed once unless an update or repair is required. The following points outline the steps involved for installing the Citrix Receiver client. Please note that due to your individual device security settings, you may see more or less prompts during installation and if you have any concerns please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

NOTE: The below might slightly vary between iOS and Android devices.

  1. Go to Play Store or App Store
  2. Enter Citrix Workspace in Search

  3. Tap Install
  4. Tap Allow for Allow Workspace to access photos, media and files on your device?

  5. Tap Deny for Allow Workspace to make and manage phone calls?

  6. Tap Deny for Allow Workspace to record audio?

  7. Tap Deny for Allow Workspace to access this device's location?

  8. Tap Get Started

  9. Enter for company email or Store URL
  10. Tap Continue

  11. Tap Trust for Certificate Warning

  12. Enter UniSA username
  13. Enter UniSA password
  14. Tap SIGN IN

  15. The Student Applications resources screen will open showing the applications you have access to.
    NOTE: This screen may appear differently between an mobile devices e.g. iPhone, iPad and Android.
