I am eligible to graduate, will I lose access to services?

When you are confirmed to be eligible to graduate you will lose access to a number of services including print and internet access, the student pools, myEnrolment and the library.

You will continue to have access to the UniSA network and the Student Portal for a period of 18 months following your completion to ensure you are able to communicate with the University and finalise arrangements for your graduation ceremony.

The print allowance granted by the University will not roll over into a new year. Student contributions to your allowance will remain for your use until your access to the network is removed.

Your email account is yours for life on graduation. You can continue to use your email account for personal, professional or academic purposes and it will help you keep in touch with friends, colleagues and UniSA's alumni services. To continue to use your email account after graduation you will need to access the internet mail service directly via http://www.outlook.com/mymail.unisa.edu.au.

You will need to ensure you changed your password at least once after the new student email service was implemented (December 2010) in order to continue using the email service after your graduation.

If you have already lost access to a service and need to access important data please contact the IT helpdesk.
