Outside Directorships

A list of currently approved Outside Directorships is maintained by the Insurance Office. Please contact us to check whether your Outside Directorship is on this list.

Any new appointments are required to be approved in accordance with the Outside Work Policy HR-32.0 (refer clause 9) and require completion of an FS33 Outside Directorships Form form (PDF 55 kb - download Adobe Acrobat).

Outside directorships that do not form part of a staff member's university duties are considered Private Practice (refer clause 8 of the Outside Work Policy HR-32.0).
