Office of Strategic Programs

Who we are

The Office of Strategic Programs supports the overall effectiveness and impact of university strategic activities through the provision of dedicated project management support and guidance to ensure project outcomes are delivered.

The Office manages key projects that directly impact the achievement of the university's strategic plan.

The Office also provides high-level strategic analysis and advice to the Vice Chancellor and Senior Management Group.

What we do

Project development, coordination and support: The OSP team functions as a deployable resource to initiate, support and enable project delivery across the university.  We work together with our partners to deliver strategic project outcomes.

One Team Project Framework: The Office has lead responsibility for UniSA’s Project Management Framework, providing a best practice approach to project management within the context of the university’s one team approach to collaboration and enterprise support.

Development of project management capabilities: The Office provides guidance, leadership, training and tools in project management across the university.  Our aim is to raise project management capability across the university.

Strategic review and analysis: The Office coordinates and leads a range of strategic reviews and business process improvement activities on behalf of the Vice Chancellor and Senior Management Group. We work with business owners to connect ideas, explore solutions to deliver project and business benefits.
