Employee Relations

Employee Relations supports constructive and productive relationships with our staff through policy interpretation and legal and industrial advice, advocacy, case management and investigations, and liaison with industrial and employment bodies and union representatives, including dispute management and representing the University in the Fair Work Commission and other legal proceedings.
