The Strategic People Partners and Senior People Consultants work together to support their allocated business units and directly contribute to the achievement of the University's strategic people objectives.
The team supports the University through the management of complex employment enquiries, provision of support, advice and coaching for managers and by responding to escalated enquiries by proposing and supporting the implementation of appropriate solutions.
