Working on Campusbuildingcw.png

Please refer to the Staff FAQs for information regarding on campus operations and activities, which are updated regularly to reflect current Federal and State advice.

Wearing of masks is a personal choice, noting that SA Health advice is that mask wearing is an effective method for the reduction of transmission of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses and contribute to the protection of members of our University community. Please note that certain university activities and settings do still require mask wearing under ongoing public health mandates.

In all University environments, we encourage all members of the University community to continue to practice physical distancing, hand and sneeze/cough hygiene.

If staff have any concerns about their working environment, they should contact their line manager/supervisor.

Campus Security

UniSA’s Campus Security is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Security Officers patrol the campuses regularly by day and continue to offer protection after office hours. They can provide you with first aid or help in an emergency.

You can contact Campus Security by phone by:

  • Using a security phone: Several locations on all campuses are equipped with emergency wall phones for direct contact with security staff. These are distinguished by a sign overhead. They will automatically dial security.
  • Calling 88888 from internal University telephones
  • Calling 1800 500 911 (24-hours, free call)
