Enterprise Bargaining is the process by which the terms and conditions of employment are negotiated between the University, staff and their respective representatives. It is designed to provide an opportunity for staff to bargain either directly or through a representative with their employer.
The current University of South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2019 (PDF) covers academic, professional, security and grounds staff. It has a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2021, with renegotiation of the enterprise agreement to commence in March 2021.
