Lunchtime Resilience @ Work Sessions

In keeping with the University’s response to and control measures for COVID-19
all workshops are being adapted for digital delivery

At UniSA our people are at the centre of everything we do and that's why we are committed to investing in the personal wellbeing and professional development.

We're offering a series of lunchtime 'Resilience @ Work' sessions at each campus through the Enterprising Essentials Program. 

Resilience @ Work means having the capacity to manage everyday work demands and remain healthy. It is being able to regroup and take positive insight from unexpected setbacks and be proactive about preparing for future challenges. Resilience is key to feeling productive and positive, particularly when working through periods of change.

Lunchtime Sessions
During these one-hour virtual lunchtime sessions we will introduce you to a model that encompasses seven components of resilience at work. You will also have an opportunity to reflect on your areas of strength and potential areas for development and identify a few strategies for building your resilience. Please feel free to bring your virtual lunch along. 

R@W model
There is a survey attached to the ‘Resilience @ Work’ model that will give you some personal insight on your own responses to the 7 elements of workplace resilience. If you would like to complete a 10—15 minute survey, please let us know. You will not be charged to complete the survey, for your personal report or the 1 hour debrief with one of our resilience coaches. This process will remain confidential. Your report will only be seen by you and your coach and the coaching session will also remain confidential. UniSA Sport is pleased to annouce Home Hustle - a free zoom home workout series.

Each week join our qualified trainers Chantal, Kelsey and Joel as they guide you through workouts in the comfort of your own home.

Classes include HIIT, Core and Postural Strength and Body Weight Strength.
