As a senior leader at UniSA, you probably know that the challenges of our current environment require a proactive approach to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce. And you’re probably all too well aware that for many in your organisation, inclusion is a long way down the priority list.

Unfortunately, role modelling inclusive behaviours in your daily interactions isn’t sufficient to create an inclusive organisation – as a senior leader, you need to be taking a proactive approach at the team, organisation and stakeholder levels. This workshop will equip you with:

Learning Outcomes

Increased awareness of your own Leadership Shadow when it comes to inclusion – what are you doing or not doing, saying or not saying, that will drive inclusion in your organisation?
An understanding of the five levels of inclusion that require senior leaders’ attention – intrapersonal, interpersonal, team, organisation and stakeholder
A simple model for talking about inclusion, both within and beyond your organisation.

A Personal Action Plan for your next steps as an inclusive leader.
