It is designed to support women applying for academic promotion to Levels B and C. This session will provide an opportunity to hear from senior women who are members of the promotion panels and from peers who have been through the process in the last two years to understand what to consider and how to turn thoughts of applying for academic promotion into action.

Learning outcomes:

  • Recall what to include in a good application
  • Identify what you need to be thinking about when preparing your case for promotion
  • Recognise practical strategies to consider and/or do when deciding if you want to apply.
