Supporting & Enabling Managers

Manager Essentials @ UniSA forms part of the recommended induction activities for new managers at UniSA. This one day event has been designed to support all new managers acclimatise to their positions quickly and confidently, and understand the strategic and cultural expectations of our leaders at UniSA.

Manager Essentials will provide academic and professional staff managers the opportunity to:

  • Understand their roles and responsibilities as managers
  • Familiarise themselves with key concepts and principles that are critical to their performance
  • Receive practical information and strategies from University specialists
  • Contribute to a connected community of leaders and build individual networks
