Eligibility criteria

Leadership Discovery is open to:

Academic Staff Level C/D
Professional Staff HEO7 to HE09
Heads of Research Concentrations, Course Coordinators, Program Service Managers, and Executive Officers.
Newly appointed HLP’s and other newly appointed established leaders may benefit and be considered for this program.

Ideally staff will be considered to join our cohort in 2023 if they:

Have a people leadership role or are directly responsible for people and resources at UniSA
Have two years relevant and recent experience in a leadership role at UniSA
Able to attend all learning activities and workshops with support from line manager

It is important that potential participants can attend all required learning elements prior to application. Line managers will also need to support this commitment. In 2023 there are two cohorts available. The proposed session dates for Leadership Discovery in 2023 are:

Program 1

22 & 23 March 2023 (2-days),
3 May 2023,
31 May 2023,
29 June 2023,
16 August 2023.

Program 2

12 & 13 July 2023 (2-days),
22 August 2023,
26 September 2023,
26 October 2023,
28 November 2023.

Please note: these dates are not interchangeable.
