Women’s Development Program

The University of South Australia is committed to the continual development of its staff and is proud to offer a range of opportunities for women to drive their development in a connected and supportive manner.

Programs are designed and facilitated by external practitioners expert in their field, with an intention to create an environment where learning outcomes, conversations and key initiatives are related to the University’s ideal culture.

Women attending will benefit from the development strategies introduced, along with building important networking connections for future mentoring prospects.

We highly recommend individuals select workshops that are aligned to development objectives agreed with their manager. To ensure access to development opportunities is equitable and aligned with your development plan, we recommend registering for a maximum of 4 workshops a year for all People, Talent & Culture Professional Development initiatives – this includes Enterprising Essentials and the Women’s Development Program (some workshops and programs are exempt from this, please contact the Talent & Organisational Development team for further clarification). If you are interested in additional workshops, please email womens.development@unisa.edu.au and you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if the session is not fully booked.

This year's program is currently under development and we hope to have some exciting offerings available soon. In the meantime please contact womens.development@unisa.edu.au for any questions, or suggestions for inclusion.

Do not hesitate to get in touch with Michelle Mills, Senior Consultant: Organisational Development or email us at Womens.Development@unisa.edu.au if you need any more information.
