Women’s Development Program

UniSA is committed to the continual development of its people.  As part of this committment we are proud to offer a range of opportunities for women to drive their development in a connected and supportive manner.

Topics and content offered as part of the Program are aligned to the University’s strategic intent, core attributes and SAGE commitments, and facilitated by expert practitioners that enable creative and supportive learning environments. 

This year’s program includes:

Dr Maria Gardiner

Maria is a leading cognitive behavioural coach and clinical psychologist who has coached many of Australia's medical, academic, industry and government executives.

Dr Ruchi Sinha

Ruchi shows us how we negotiate in everyday life with her a strong background in both Psychology and Organisational Behaviour.

Samantha Young

As Managing Director of Human Psychology Samantha Young has designed and delivered 100’s of bespoke training programs to all levels of employees from a range of Australian Industries.

To ensure access to development opportunities is equitable and aligned with your development plan, we recommend registering for a maximum of 4 workshops a year.
