Strategic Thinkers Mentoring Program Resource Hub

The Strategic Thinkers Program is entering its seventh year of delivering strong support for the growth and succession planning of women within the University.

An additional component of the program was trialled in 2019 – the introduction of a voluntary mentoring component. With a positive uptake of 11 matches, the component will be continued and adapted in response to feedback received from the pilot.

Participants will be matched with a mentor from the Strategic Thinkers alumni and continuing to build collaborative relationships and capability.

This online hub of mentorship resources has been established to help support the relationships over the duration of the program.
