How to book
The studio can be booked using Outlook Calendar meetings. Invite CWE-JS6-16d Green Screen Studio as if it were an attendee of the meeting. If the studio is free, the room will automatically accept the invite. Please don’t add the room as a location as this may result in a double booking.
If you need assistance using the studio (including teleprompter operation), add a member from the TIU Media Team (chris.jackson@unisa.edu.au and brennan.foot@unisa.edu.au).
If you're having issues making the booking, contact Charlotte Rose with all relevant information.
Access
Access to JS6-16 is restricted. With your booking in the calendar, someone should be available to let you into the room - however if, for whatever reason, no one is available to open the door for you, there is a security phone to the left of the entrance. Tell Security you have a booking to use the studio and you need the door opened - they may ask your name to confirm the booking. You can also get temporary staff card access to the room via Security on the ground floor if you have a booking.
