Students can then be supplied with the raw data, and submit their calculations and concusions as documents or in an online classroom.

The Moodle learnonline editor includes a calculator, and applications for inserting special characters, for producing maths equations, and for producing chemical formulas. 

Students can use these to submit answers as part of a Moodle quiz question or a Moodle text entry assignment.

Students can use graphic tablets in Zoom classes to demonstrate with figures, formulas, drawings, calculations, graphs, etc. 

Online calculators such as Desmos can be used advanced features for evaluating percentages, fractions, exponential functions, logarithms, trigonometry, statistics, etc. 

Students can use tablets to produce submissable copies of calculations and answers.

Students can take photographs or scans of their written calculations and submit them as image uploads.

Students can use smart pens to produce documents with calculations.  

Teachers can set up discussion forums as summative activities. 

Students can make reply posts to others in the class, and maintain discussions.
