Cold and flu season is well and truly here so make sure to get your flu vaccination from the UniSA Health & Medical Clinic, available to all UniSA students for free!* Give your immune system the boost to last the winter.
Please call ahead prior to attending the medical clinic if you have been overseas, interstate, or in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath.
*Subject to availability. Please note this vaccine is for the four strain flu (influenza) and is not effective against COVID-19. |

Your pregnancy journey with a midwifery student

Are you, or someone you know, pregnant? Our free Call the Midwifery Student program helps provide additional support throughout your pregnancy. As part of the program, a midwifery student will attend your antenatal appointments and contribute to your care during labour, providing comfort and support to you and your growing family.

Mindfulness Practice Sessions back on campus
|
|
Join our mindfulness community and learn how to manage your thoughts, feelings and study habits, as well as reduce study stress and the pressures of daily life. When faced with uncomfortable challenges, practising mindfulness can help improve focus, concentration, level of control, and happiness.
At our sessions, you can experience different activities such as breathing practices, awareness meditations, and attention-focusing activities. Sessions are running weekly on Thursday afternoons from 13 August until 17 September at City East Campus' Playford Building. |
