To support the important mission of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals and raise awareness for our students, UniSA’s Sustainable Futures event will showcase the positive impact of UniSA Alumni and local businesses in the sustainability space, help you connect with like-minded people and give you some tools to help you make a difference.
Come along with your friends, and:

LEARN:
How we can all make small shifts in our day to day lives to contribute to the solution, through a workshop by local business Makerspace.
ACT: Come and chat to USASA’s Sustainability Collective Club and Enactus to learn more about the great work they are doing in this space, and how you can get involved.

Tips from our Study Help PALS for doing assignments effectively
|
|
We know that it’s crunch time for many students working on major assessments. The Study Help PALS (SHP) have put together some tips to help you get started!
Keep up with course progress Make sure to keep on track of the course and where you’re at. Make note of deadlines. Attend weekly workshops and virtual classrooms and keep checking your courses' learnOnline forum frequently.
Understand assignment requirements and criteria Read your course outline and assignment guide, and take notes from your course coordinator so you know that you are confident about your plan of action. Take note of the assignment criteria including the assignment form, word limits and references.
Plan
your assignment timeline and manage your time effectively Schedule your time in advance to plan the assignment. This will make things much easier by starting early instead of putting it off until the last minute. Take more time during the research stage, and don’t forget to review your work for grammatical errors.
Make use of our uni resources Seek help while you’re developing your assignment structure. You could make an appointment with a learning adviser, attend StudyHelp PAL drop-in sessions, access Studiosity
and utilise Uni library resources.
If you’re wondering where you can find all this information and much more, check out the Study Help website or drop-in to see our Study Help PALS – a group of students who understand the challenges of study and can offer suggestions to help you do your best at uni. |
