UniSA elite athletes shine on the world stage
Student athletes in the UniSA Sport Athlete Development Program have experienced success on the national and international stage this year.

Recently UniSA Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology student, Nellie Lanford, showcased exceptional skill as she secured 32nd place in the U20 Women’s 10km event at the 2024 World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships in Antalya, Turkey. With a time of 49:26, Nellie met her second world junior qualifying standard. She also contributed to Australia’s U20 team, which placed 8th overall.
