FOR ADELAIDE UNIVERSITY

As part of the transition to Adelaide University, your UniSA email will be migrated to a new Adelaide University (AU) email account in preparation for 5 January 2026.

This is part of the AU student account activation and log on process that we have emailed to all UniSA students, and we ask that you check your UniSA inbox and action the email from the AU Transition Support Team.

For now, please don’t use your AU account or email unless you’re activating your account and logging onto the myAdelaide portal. We will set up automatic forwarding from your AU email to your UniSA email from 22 September 2025 and you will be able to respond to those emails from your UniSA account.

From 5 January 2026, the migration will be complete and you will receive a communication telling you to start using your AU email as your primary account. Until then, please do not turn off the forwarding. Forwarding will remain in place until all UniSA emails have been fully migrated (between 20 December 2025 and 4 January 2026). For any questions, please contact IT on +61 8 8302 5000.
