ASPIRE Award

The ASPIRE Award is an entry-level leadership development program available to all UniSA students, which recognises participation in a number of self-development workshops conducted through the University of South Australia.

These workshops have been designed to offer insight into the different styles of leadership, increase your self-awareness, and develop the leadership skills and knowledge needed to succeed both personally and professionally.

> Minimum of 10 workshops

> Minimum of 15 workshops
> Reflection and employability workshop

Did you know that your ASPIRE Award can be counted towards your UniSA+ Award? While they are separate Awards which you can work towards at the same time, once you have completed the ASPIRE Award it can be counted towards the following UniSA+ Award Pillars:

Complete the following steps to begin your leadership journey

  1. Read through the ASPIRE Award online presentation
    (please note ASPIRE online information sessions mentioned in the video are no longer offered)
  2. Complete the ASPIRE Award terms and conditions
  3. Complete the ASPIRE Award commencing survey
  4. Select your preferred ASPIRE Award level

Attend one (or more) self-development workshops without committing to the ASPIRE Award.
