LEAD is the University’s advanced level student leadership program offered by invitation only.  Exceptional leaders identified through ASPIRE, UNITE and other leadership roles/programs are offered the chance to apply for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Through LEAD students gain an in-depth understanding of their strengths, weaknesses and values, while also collaborating towards initiatives that will have impact on the student experience at UniSA.

Students participate in an intensive 3-day training program, followed by a legacy project that will engage with students, staff or external stakeholders, to provide innovative solutions to significant challenges at UniSA. This is an opportunity for ambitious students to make their mark on UniSA through the delivery of a project that will change the way things are done. Participants may apply for funding to deliver their project through the Student Experience Grants program. Projects with similar objectives may collaborate, however each student must take on key responsibility for one aspect of the initiative.

Students will receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and support as they seek to be a change leader on behalf of other students at UniSA.
