David Pank UniSA College Diploma Scholarship

The David Pank UniSA College Diploma Scholarship is available to full-time students who are enrolled in one of the Diploma programs at the UniSA College.

The scholarship will commence while the recipient is undertaking the second half of the first year of their Diploma program at the College and will continue for the duration of study at the College and in a selected undergraduate program at UniSA.

The scholarship is valued at $2,000 per year and is for a maximum period of 5 years (2 years at the UniSA College and 2-3 years undergraduate studies at UniSA).

Applicants must be Australian citizens or Permanent Residents and must provide evidence of financial hardship and a supporting statement with their application. Their written statement should outline their career and personal aspirations and how the scholarship will assist them in achieving their goals. Details of financial disadvantage should also be included in the statement.

Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic merit based on Grade Point Average (GPA), a personal written statement and an interview. Students in receipt of another Pank family scholarship, grant or prize are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship will not be re-opening for applications in 2024

Value: Up to $10,000. Recipients will receive $2,000 per annum for a maximum of five years. The yearly payment will be made in two instalments after the Study Period 2 and Study Period 5 census dates, provided the recipient continues to meet the scholarship criteria and maintain satisfactory academic performance. Recipients should maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0 or above.

David Pank UniSA College Scholarship

The David Pank UniSA College Scholarship is available to full-time students who are enrolled in the Foundation Studies program at the UniSA College.

The scholarship will commence while the student is undertaking the second half of their Foundation Studies year at the College and will continue for the duration of study (3-4 years) in a selected undergraduate program at UniSA.

The scholarship is valued at $2,000 per year and is for a maximum period of 5 years (1 year at the UniSA College and 3-4 years undergraduate studies at UniSA).

Applicants must be Australian citizens or Permanent Residents and be able to demonstrate financial disadvantage. Applicants must provide evidence of financial hardship and a supporting statement with their application outlining their career and personal aspirations and how the scholarship will assist them in achieving their goals. Details of financial disadvantage should also be included in the written statement.

Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic merit based on Grade Point Average (GPA), a personal written statement and an interview.

Students in receipt of another Pank family scholarship, grant or prize are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Undergraduate Certificate Scholarship

UniSA will offer Undergraduate Certificate Scholarships to future students who enrol to study a six-month UniSA Undergraduate Certificate in University Studies, which offers a unique pathway to a suite of undergraduate degrees across UniSA.

Undergraduate Certificate Scholarship recipients will receive a full fee waiver equivalent to the HECS fees to cover all student contributions (tuition fees) for their chosen program.   Students are automatically assessed for a scholarship when applying for an eligible program at UniSA. Fees will be waived for all students who are enrolled at the relevant census date.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
- Enrolled in an eligible Undergraduate Certificate in University Studies in UniSA STEM and Health specialisation.
- Full-time study load
- Campus based study

The scholarship cannot be deferred.
