To a UniSA student
1. If a UniSA student aged under 18 years has informed you that they were raped or sexually assaulted, or they were under the age of 18 when the rape or sexual assault took place, you have an obligation to report this to the Police. You can call 000 or attend a local police station. You should also refer them to 1800 572 224 for 24/7 phone support. Other support can be found here.

2. If a UniSA student who is 18 years or over has informed you they were raped or sexually assaulted and the perpetrator is another member of the university community or the public, you should advise that they can contact the Police. You should also refer them to 1800 572 224 for 24/7 phone support. If the perpetrator is a member of the university community, this should be reported to UniSA Security on 1800 500 911 as soon as possible so that steps can be taken to address the safety of our university community. To UniSA staff

If a UniSA staff member aged under 18 years has informed you that they were raped or sexually assaulted, or they were under the age of 18 when the rape or sexual assault took place, you have an obligation to report this to the Police. 2. If a UniSA staff member aged 18 years or over has informed you they were raped or sexually assaulted, and the perpetrator is another member of the university community or the public, you should advise that they can contact the Police or their local Human Resources Consultant for advice.
