The Business Career Mentor Program (BCMP) is an initiative designed for linking UniSA Business students and recent graduates with seasoned business professionals. The Program aims to elevate employability by facilitating connections and knowledge exchange within industry.

Program highlights:

  • Industry Mentorship: Engage and learn from established professionals in your field.
  • Network Expansion: Broaden your professional network through mentorship connections. 
  • Career Development: Gain insights and skills crucial for managing your career trajectory.
  • Transition Support: Navigate workforce transitions with industry-relevant guidance.

The BCMP is tailored to accommodate students and graduates regardless of their study mode - be it internal, external, full-time, part-time, or remote. Moreover, eligibility extends up to three years after graduation, ensuring opportunities for ongoing career development and support. 

Join us in the BCMP to take charge of your career journey and glean valuable insights from industry mentors. 

To get the most of our your experience in the BCMP, you'll need to:

  • Undertake an online Mentee Induction Course
  • Commit to a 30 week mentoring connection
  • Develop a list of goals you would like to work towards
  • Complete a mentoring agreement
  • Meet with your mentor at least six times

What you'll get in return:

  • Access to an industry mentor for 30 weeks
  • Professional Development Workshops to upskill yourself
  • Networking opportunities to expand your professional network
  • UniSA Certificate of Completion which can be used to strengthen your CV and grab the attention of future employers
 
This program is available only to current students or recent graduates of UniSA Business

Applications for the Business Career Mentor Program remain open, but matching will conclude for 2023 from 1st August and recommence from 1st March 2024.
