The accommodation is located in the Adelaide CBD. The street address is: 12 Bank Street, Adelaide SA 5000.

What do I need to bring?

Depending on the room type you have booked, your room will include; a bed, study desk, chair, wardrobe and storage for books and other items. You will need to bring bed linen (sheets, pillows, blanket), a towel and kitchen supplies (plates, cups and cutlery).

Alternatively, linen packs and kitchen packs can be ordered from Scape at UniSA ahead of your arrival. Check with the Scape team for pricing.

What does the rooming arrangement include?

Each rooming agreement is slightly different depending on the type of room you choose to rent but typically the agreement includes:

  • Rent and bond amounts
  • Payment details
  • Details of the room including content insurance
  • Terms and conditions of the rooming agreement

Is Scape at UniSA safe?

As a purpose built student accommodation facility Scape at UniSA conforms to all the latest Australian standards relating to building quality, fire, and security and each resident receives a health and safety briefing when they move in.

Each resident is issued with a unique access card which is required to gain entry to the building, lifts, stairwells and individual apartments. For our residents’ safety all entrances and communal areas are also covered by CCTV and a member of the Scape at UniSA team is onsite 24 hours a day.
