Pivot RP
UniSA’s New Database Tool for Funding Opportunities
Pivot-RP is the largest database of funding opportunities worldwide, and will be the tool used in 2026 by Adelaide University. It features:
- Tailored Keyword Alerts: Researchers can search the database or set up personalised keyword alerts to stay updated on relevant funding opportunities.
- Research Area Opportunities: will enable researchers to find niche opportunities for their research areas
- Collaboration Opportunities: The platform also helps identify potential collaborators across millions of profiles.
Accessing Pivot-RP
The University of South Australia provides free access to all University staff and students, both on and off campus.
To sign in to Pivot-RP:

- Go to: https://pivot.proquest.com/session/login
- Scroll through Institutions for UniSA
- Enter your UniSA email address and password in the login pane, and select Sign In.
First time users:
- Once authenticated you will need to finalise access by filling in the form below.

- All current UniSA staff have been set up with Profiles. After you log in for the first time, Pivot-RP automatically searches for your profile and prompts you to claim your profile.
- If you have previously manually created a PivotRP account with your UniSA credentials, you will be prompted to combine the two accounts when you use the single sign on option.
Pivot-RP's Home Page
After you sign in, Pivot-RP will display the Home Page. There is a prominent Search Box where you can search for funding opportunities. You can also navigate to all the features of Pivot-RP, as well as help resources.
